Ingredients
½ a grated coconut.
6-10 shallots.
4-6 green chillies or 1-2 red kochchi.
3 garlic pods.
4 pepper corns.
1 bunch of curry leaves.
½ tsp Salt.
Lime juice according to your taste.
Method
Add the coconut, chillies, garlic, pepper corns, curry leaves and grind for 1 minute.
Add salt and lime juice and grind for a few seconds.
Add the shallots and grind for a few seconds.
Pol sambol is ready to serve.
You can serve with plain rice, roti or chapati.
