Beef Puff



Ingredients
100g ground beef.
50g carrots cut finely.
50g or less spring onions.
2 eggs.
2 ozs grated cheddar cheese.
3 tbsp parsley.
1 tsp baking powder.
2 tbsp flour.
½ tsp rose merry.
1 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
½ tsp pepper.
¼ cup fresh cream.

Method
Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the ground beef with little salt.

Add the turmeric powder and little pepper powder.  

Fry for 10 minutes till its cooked.
Boil the carrots for 1-2 minutes.
Beat the eggs, salt, rose merry, pepper and beat well. 


Add the ground beef and cheese and mix. 

Add the carrots and the spring onions. 

Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the egg mixture. 

Add the cream and parsley and mix.


Heat the oven for 200C.
Brush the sponge cake tray with butter and flour.
Pour the mixture into the cups.
 
Bake for 20-25 minutes till it becomes brown. 
Serve hot with a salad.
