Green Beans Fry


Ingredients
250g green beans
2 tbsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1/2” stick cinnamon
3 green chilies
½ big onions cut finely
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp maldive fish cut finely

Method
Cut the beans into ½ slanted.
Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
When its cracking add the curry leaves, cinnamon and green chillies.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Add half of the onion and stir for 1 minute.
Add the beans and salt and fry.
 
After 5 minutes add the turmeric powder and cook.
 
Fry for another 5 minutes and add the pepper powder, onion and the maldive fish.
Fry for a few minutes and take it off the fire. 

Serve with plain rice or fried rice.
