Egg Korma



Ingredients
4 hard boiled eggs.
4 tbsp coconut.
3 dried chilies.
1 big tomato.
1 big onion.
1 tsp garlic paste.
Few curry leaves.
½ tsp mustard seeds.
¼ tsp cumin seeds.
½ tsp salt.
½-1 tsp chillie powder.
½ tsp cumin powder.
¼ tsp turmeric powder.
½ tsp coriander powder.
Coriander leaves to garnish.
2 tbsp oil.

Method
Grind the coconut, dried chillies, tomatoes and onion and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the mustard seeds.
When it starts cracking add the cumin seeds, curry leaves and the garlic paste.
Fry for 1 minute.
Add the ground coconut mixture, salt, chillie powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and the coriander powder and fry for 1 minute.
Add 1 cup water and allow it to boil.
When its boiling add the eggs and cook for 5 minutes in moderate heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
