Basic Pol Sambol (coconut sambol)



Ingredients
½ a coconut grated.
2- 3 green chillies cut finely.
5 small onions cut finely.
¼ tomatoes cut finely.
1 tsp chillie powder.
¾ tsp salt.
½ a lime juice.
2 tsp Maldives fish cut finely (optional).

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
 
Mix well using your finger tips and serve.
 
You can serve this with pol roti, bread, string hoppers or any other srilankan dishes.
