500g ground beef, but you can use a meat of your choice.
4-5 garlic cloves chopped.
One big onion finely chopped.
2 large tomatoes chopped into small squares.
1 large chopped carrots.
1 ½ cups of tinned corn.
5 tbsp of tomato paste.
4 green chilies finely chopped.
1 tsp chili powder (optional).
Dinner buns (Plain buns).
Grated cheddar cheese
3 tsp mustard cream
3tbsp butter or margarine
Method
Heat the pan with 2 tbsp oil.
Add garlic, green chilies and onion and stir.
When they are turning brown add the ground meat and stir.
Once its half cooked if there is excess water drain it.
Add the carrots and salt and stir well.
Add the corn and the chili powder.
Add the tomato paste and mix well and keep it to a side.
Heat the oven to 220C for 7 mins.
Mix the mustard cream, butter and salt.
Cut the buns into two and apply the paste.
Put the meat mixture on to one part of the bun.
Put some cheese on top.
Put it in the oven for a few mins until the cheese melts into a golden colour.
Place the top of the bun
Its ready to be served.
Can be served with French fries and a green salad.
