Vegetable Rawa Nuggets


Ingredients

1 cup semolina
1 cup cubed vegetable (carrot, beans, potato and etc)
½ cup curd
2 cups water
Onion cut finely
Coriander leaves
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp gram masala
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp corn flour
Oil for deep frying

Method

Roast the semolina.
Heat oil and add the onion and mix well.
Add the vegetables and salt and mix. Add water.
Add chili powder, gram masala, cumin powder and salt.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Beat the curd and add.
When it boils add the semolina and mix till it becomes thick.
Leave to cool and add corn flour and mix well.
Make into oval shapes balls.
It should be the size of a lime.
Heat oil in moderate heat and deep fry till golden brown.
