Fish Fry 2


Ingredients

500g white fish
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp ginger paste
Cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar 1-2 tsp corn flour


Method 

Put the fish, salt and pepper in a polythen bag and shake it well.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry while turning it slowly and cook well.
In another pan add the chili powder, salt, vinegar, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and sugar and heat it.
Mix the corn flour with ½ cup water and add to the sauce.
When the sauce is boiling add the fish and cook for 5 minutes.
