Chicken Stew


Ingredients

1 kg Chicken pieces boiled
250g boiled carrot
250g boiled beans
500g boiled potato
2 big onions cut into thin rounds
3-4 tbsp corn flour
1½ cups water
5 tbsp tomato sauce
2 Chicken stock cube

Method
Boil the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and add margarine.
Add cut onions into round or slices.
Add the vegetables and mix well for 5 minutes.

Add the boiled chicken and mix for 3 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce and mix for few minutes.

Add  the water and the stock cubes.

Add the cornflour mixed with 4 tbsp water.

Add salt and pepper and and mix well.
When it’s thick take off the fire.
