Cheese Chappathi

Ingredients
500g Atta flour
250g boiled and mashed potato
100g grated cheese
2 big onions cut finely
2 green chilies
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¾ tsp salt

Method

Mix all the above ingredients and add water little at a time and make a soft dough.
Make balls to the size of a lemon.
Dust with some flour and roll into a circle.
Heat a tawa in moderate heat.
Apply some ghee or oil and put a chapati.
Spread some oil on top and turn on to the other side.
Do not overcook.
The chapati should be soft.
Serve hot with chutney or a vegetable or a dhal curry.
