SriLankan Style Potato Fry



Ingredients
500g potato boiled and peeled
2 big onions cut into wedges
3 green chilies or dried chilies
Curry leaves
¼ tsp mustard seeds
Salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1-2 tsp dried chili powder (flaked chili)

Method
Cut the potato into big cubes.

Add some turmeric powder and chili powder to the potato.
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard seeds, curry leave, green chilies and fry for 1 minute.

Add onion and stir for 2 mins in moderated heat.

Add salt, turmeric powder and flaked chili powder and stir for 2 mins.

Add the potato and mix well.

Serve hot with yellow rice or any kind of rice.
