Ingredients
2 cups rice.
1 tsp cumin seeds.
½ an onion cut finely.
Few curry leaves.
½ tsp garlic paste.
½ tsp ginger paste.
1 vegetable soup cube.
¼ tsp turmeric powder.
¼ tsp salt.
1 tbsp oil.
3½ - 4 cups water.
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the curry leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion and cumin seeds.
Add the rice and mix well.
Make cup rice or serve into big bowls.
Garnishing
1 mediam size potato cut into narrow strips.Mix with little salt and deep fried.
1 onion cut into thin wedges and deep fried.
