Potato curry with yoghurt



Ingredients
500g boiled potatoes.
2 green chillies cut finely.
½ tsp mustard seeds.
1 tsp cumin seeds.
10 curry leaves cut finely.
¼ tsp turmeric powder.
½ tsp salt.
2 tbsp yoghurt.
2 tbsp oil.

Method
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies and the curry leaves.
 
Fry for 1 minute.
Add the boiled and cut potato with salt and turmeric powder.
 
Mix well.
 
Add the yoghurt and mix well.
 
Add ¼ cup water and allow it to boil.
 
Cook for 2 minutes and take it off the fire.
