1 bunch of green leaves (250g)
1 tbsp oil
3 green chillies cut
¼ of a big onion cut finely
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp grated coconut
Method
Cut the green leaves finely.
Mix the green leaves, green chillies, onion, coconut, salt and turmeric powder well.
Heat oil in a pan in low heat.
Add the green leaves mixture and add 1 tbsp water.
Stir in low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Your mallum is ready to serve.
Serve with plain rice.
