150 g ladies fingers (cut finely)
300 g mushrooms
¼ tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
4 green chilies (cut finely)
Salt
Turmeric powder
Lime juice
1 tsp fenugreek seed
Curry leaves
1 onion (cut finely)
5 garlic pods (cut finely)
½ tsp dry chili powder (flakes)
Method
Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies and fry for 2 mins.
Add ladies finger and fry for a few mins.
When it’s about quarter fried add salt and turmeric then mix well.
Add lime juice and fenugreek seeds and mushrooms and fry for 5 mins.
Add curry powder, onions and garlic and then mix.
Add flaked chili powder and cook till done.
Do not cover with the lid during the whole process.
Serve and enjoy.
