Chocolate Pineapple Pudding



Ingredients
1 tin condensed milk.
1 tin water.
4 tsp gelatin.
2 tbsp water.
2 ozs sugar.
3 eggs.
3 tsp chocolate powder.
1 small pineapple (1 tin pineapple).
50g cadju nuts.
Almond essence.
Vanilla.

Method
Mix the condensed milk with 1 tin water.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add to the above mixture and beat again.
Add the gelatin in 2 tbsp water and mix well. Double boil the gelatin.
Beat egg whites till stiff and add the gelatin mixture.
Add this to the condensed milk mixture.
Stew the pineapple with sugar.
Divide the condensed milk mixture into 3 portions.
Add vanilla to one portion and put it to a Pyrex dish and allow to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Add chopped nuts, coloring (of your choice) and little almond essence to the second portion and pour it slowly on top of the set vanilla portion and allow to set for another 1 hour.
Add cocoa powder and the stewed pineapple to the third portion and pour it on top of the almond layer and allow to set.
When its half set you can decorate with pineapple and cream or with nuts.
