Ingredients
500g cooked rice.
300g spinach leaves (or drumstick leaves).
150g small sprats.
1 big tomatoes cut into strips.
Salt according to your taste.
¼ tsp turmeric powder.
¼ tsp pepper powder.
1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
1 cup oil.
Method
Heat oil and deep fry the spinach or drumstick leaves till its crispy and keep aside.
Wash the sprats and deep fry in medium heat till its golden brown. Take it out and add some salt and chillie powder and mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the rice and mix well.
Add pepper powder and turmeric powder and mix.
Add the sprats and mix well.
Add the drumstick leaves and mix.
Add the tomatoes and mix.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve while hot.
